Detail: Locomotive FC is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was created in 2010 in an effort to organize, unify, and strengthen the soccer leadership structure in Washington County (Hagerstown, MD). Our vision is to create a full service club that will bring stability and leadership to the soccer community for the benefit of the youth player. LFC’s Mission is to deliver quality soccer training to young athletes in order to prepare them for competition at the highest levels of the game.
