Details:	Locomotive FC is a 501c3 non-profit organization that was created in 2010 in an effort to organize, unify, and strengthen the soccer leadership structure in Washington County (Hagerstown, MD). Our vision is to create a full service club that will bring stability and leadership to the soccer community for the benefit of the youth player. LFCâ€™s Mission is to deliver quality soccer training to young athletes in order to prepare them for competition at the highest levels of the game.
