Details:	At Atlanta Taekwondo our instructors and staff have experience with children who have a variety of challenges including behavior problems, ADHD, and emotional difficulties. Parents see an increase in focus & confidence in their children. Parents will also see improvement in their childrenâ€™s schoolwork, grades, respect, and concentration. Students of all ages have enjoyed becoming physical fit, losing weight, relieving stress, and regaining flexibility. All students also learn self-defense and become better able to face any of lifeâ€™s challenges with confidence. Students learn how to set and accomplish goals which leads to an improvement in self-esteem.
