Detail: At Atlanta Taekwondo our instructors and staff have experience with children who have a variety of challenges including behavior problems, ADHD, and emotional difficulties. Parents see an increase in focus & confidence in their children. Parents will also see improvement in their children’s schoolwork, grades, respect, and concentration. Students of all ages have enjoyed becoming physical fit, losing weight, relieving stress, and regaining flexibility. All students also learn self-defense and become better able to face any of life’s challenges with confidence. Students learn how to set and accomplish goals which leads to an improvement in self-esteem.
