Details:	Our instructors are the best. They have studied and trained for years to qualify as part of the Family Karate Center team. Now their primary task is to assist you in being the best that you can be. Our carefully structured programs go far beyond punching, blocking and kicking. At the same time as we help you to acquire effective self-defense skills, we provide a comprehensive program of personal development. It is our goal to raise the quality of life of all our students in every way. Although we honor martial arts traditions that go back centuries, we are not static. We constantly seek new and innovative ways to enthuse and excite our students. Family Karate Center has been voted one of the top 100 schools in North America. Black Belt magazine also voted FKC school of the month. From our Little Dragon classes to our adult classes, our students of all ages enjoy the benefits of physical fitness and practical self defense training. Our reputation for providing special care and attention to each student has helped make us one of the finest schools in the area. Regardless of age or physical limitations, everyone will acquire skills which are both useful and practical. Today's society is both violent and dangerous. The founder of American Kenpo, Ed Parker explained, "The goal of Kenpo is to be able to walk away from a confrontaion not out of fear of what will happen to you, but rather out of fear of what you might be forced to do to an aggressor."
