At the same time as we help you to acquire effective self-defense skills, we provide a comprehensive program of personal development. Black Belt magazine also voted FKC school of the month. From our Little Dragon classes to our adult classes, our students of all ages enjoy the benefits of physical fitness and practical self defense training.
