Note:	My Sensei has exceptional lineage and is an excellent teacher as well. USAF affiliation keeps you informed of seminars and allows you to practice at other dojos all over the country. Best of all I can eat anything I want and not get fat!
Details:	East End Aikikai offers Aikido classes for adults (ages 13 and up) Monday through Saturday. We also offer a weapons class on Monday evenings and a Ne-waza (ground techniques) class on Saturdays. The weapons class includes instruction in bokken (wooden sword) and jo (staff). See "Schedule" for class times. We are located in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh.
