Detail: East End Aikikai offers Aikido classes for adults (ages 13 and up) Monday through Saturday. We also offer a weapons class on Monday evenings and a Ne-waza (ground techniques) class on Saturdays. The weapons class includes instruction in bokken (wooden sword) and jo (staff).
