Regardless if your goal is to learn self defense, gain flexibility, gain inner and outer strength, improve focus, improve cardiovascular condition, reduce stress, improve self esteem and confidence, or just to have fun, you can find it at Varasconi School of Self Defense Branch of Hamzy’s, LLC. We have specialized classes designed at a slower pace for young children (ages about 5-8 years old), and we also have family-style classes which meet several nights each week and allows the student to attend as many classes offered.
