E Sereff, 9th Dan.  Our schools range from Sheridan to Laramie, Casper to Rock Springs. Whether you are new to Taekwon-Do, or a black belt, 6 years old or 96, our schools excel at quality instruction for all levels.  We are proud of our schools, our instructors, our students, and most of all, our leader Sr. Master Stan Martin.
