Aiki-jujutsu, probably the most unique of all the ju-jitsu systems in Japan and the predecessor of Aikido is practiced here in a modern applied version. We also use training methods from karate and judo and combine this with modern mma type sparring and grappling to become a complete and well-rounded fighter. Adults and children will benefit from our programs whether your purpose is self-defense, physical fitness, weight loss, stress relief, self confidence or self discipline.
