Detail: At Maple Grove Martial Arts, students train together in a personable, safe, non-competitive atmosphere. You will develop body and mind through whole-body fitness routines, academic study, and disciplined martial art instruction, advancing at a pace determined by individual ability and effort. Due to the unique nature of martial art, the practice is extremely adaptable and accessible. Training is done within the support structure of a group while still being almost entirely individualized and self-motivated. Our school also offers a children's program specifically designed to give kids the time and training they need to learn the art while still enjoying a more playful atmosphere. Through games, skill-based activities, and upbeat instructor interaction, your child will learn martial arts safely and effectively, and have fun doing it. We also offer private training to supplement class experience. Should you choose, an experienced instructor will personally guide you through your training, helping you achieve a skill level and understanding of martial art not possible with group classes alone. These sessions are tailored specifically to the individual, tapping into one’s strengths, and minimizing weaknesses.
