Detail: South Sound Futbol Club is pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with Walid and Ziad Khoury, two of the most successful youth soccer trainers in the nation, to teach their proven curriculum to our Club as Co-Technical Directors. With the agreement, South Sound FC will become known as the Puget Sound Slammers from this point forward. Walid and Ziad are the founders of the nationally ranked Slammers FC, and bring over 17 years of experience in coaching top level youth soccer. Mission: To enhance our players, families, and the community at large by modeling and teaching life skills through a competitive soccer program. Purpose: Puget Sound Slammers (PSS) is a US Club-affiliated competitive soccer club in Thurston County. Our passion for the game drives us to develop youth soccer players to reach their potential in both sport and in life. Soccer development provides many of the same challenges as experienced in life and PSS seeks to improve player skills and abilities in both. PSS has adopted 6 values to accomplish it’s objectives.
