S.C. Norfolk will promote soccer instruction and competitive play as a means to encourage individual, physical and mental development in a team environment. The importance of winning and personal achievement is recognized, but these are to be attained in association with and NOT at the expense of sportsmanship and equal participation for every player. The basic purpose is to provide a safe, organized, high-quality environment for learning and playing the game of soccer.
