Detail: The purpose of the Rutherford County Soccer Association is to provide our youth the ideals of fair play, honesty, and good sportsmanship for the betterment of their physical and social well being through soccer. RCSA will strive to provide a positive soccer environment for all involved, instilling a life-long love, enthusiasm, and passion for the game. Youth soccer should be an activity that brings the community together- players, coaches, referees, parents, families, and general public. It should provide a positive experience for all, that carries with them through the remainder of their lives.
