Detail: The Rio Valley Youth Soccer Association (RVYSA) is a Texas Not-for-Profit, 501c(3) Tax Exempt Corporation organized in 1983 for purposes that are charitable, educational and athletic, and includes the teaching of good sportsmanship, the educating of youth participants and adult sponsors in the fundamentals of soccer; the promotion of soccer through sponsorship of regularly scheduled youth soccer competitions. Over 5,000 boys and girls between four and eighteen years of age from around the Rio Grande Valley enjoy the fun and exercise of soccer each fall and spring.
