Detail: The purpose of RSA shall be to teach and educate youth in the rules, laws, skills, and fundamentals of soccer; to promote, develop, control and regulate amateur and youth soccer; and to govern league and tournament play within RSA. To this end RSA shall do any and all acts desirable in the furtherance of the foregoing purpose. RSA is a non profit organization run by volunteers.
