Detail: The purpose of Onalaska Youth Soccer Club (OYS) is to provide a quality youth soccer program for children ages 4 years old to 18 years old. Our program will teach new skills and build upon skills already possessed by the players, parents, and coaches alike. Onalaska Youth Soccer aims to provide a safe, educational environment to teach not only knowledge of the sport itself but in the importance of citizenship, team work and self confidence for use in their lives as members of our community. We will do this by rostering teams, scheduling games, and coordinating soccer events and games with county, district, and state soccer clubs and venues, as well as encouraging community volunteers and awareness of this sport and providing opportunities for older players to mentor the younger athletes.
