Detail: The specific purposes of MODESTO YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION are: (a) To promote mental and physical fitness, develop self and community pride, and to provide young people eighteen (18) years and under an opportunity to learn and play organized soccer at various levels of skill and competitive spirit; (b) To raise funds via contributions from business groups, corporations, foundations, and individuals at large, who wish to contribute to this Corporation, in order to further the purposes of this Corporation; and (c) To undertake other projects, programs, and activities not inconsistent with Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code") or any successor code as the need to do so presents itself in the opinion of the Board of Directors.
