Detail: Founded in circa 1970, MYS has served tens of thousands of players and their families by providing organized, developmental and fun soccer experiences. Many of our former players now are MYS parents and volunteers. From our modest beginnings, MYS has grown into McLean’s largest volunteer organization and registers over 7,000 players per calendar year. Coaches for our more than 250 teams range from volunteer coaches to highly trained and experienced professional coaches. In all cases, licensing and learning is a requirement to insure that positive and appropriate soccer guidance is given to our players and parents.
