Detail: The purpose of McKinney Soccer Association will be: 1. To advance and promote the game of soccer for youth and adults. 2. To develop the highest levels of ideals, sportsmanship, and fellowship. 4. To provide competent leadership for the attainment of a successful soccer program. 5.
