Detail: The Kiel Soccer Club U4-U6 program is the foundation for the youth and high school program emphasizing on 'games with balls' to introduce basic concepts of the game. The mission of this program is to introduce general skills through play building the understanding of team work, and introducing ball management through experience. The Kiel Soccer Club U8-U10 program continues the tradition of youth development by introducing competitive play through recreational league rules.he mission of the U8-U10 is to further build on the learned skills of the Kindergarten program, introduce structured play, and expose the teams to competitive play. U11 - U14 soccer continues to be a training ground for high school soccer with emphasis on team play and performance skills. Coaching emphasis continues to be on personal development and fun, however, team play becomes paramount. The mission of the U11-U14 leagues is to further develop personal performance while integration into team play. Skills at this level are instilled to prepare athletes for high school competition, or adult recreational play.
