Detail: JUSA is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteer help. Novice and advanced coaching clinics as well as referee training programs are provided by our most experienced members. We also utilize independent 'professional' training programs. All of our volunteers are dedicated to providing youth an opportunity to develop physically and mentlly through an active sports program; teaching the benefits of 'team work' and providing each player the best matched forum for their skills and ability. JUSA begain in 1973 when a few local soccer enthusiasts introduced the game to our community by offering organized games to neighborhood youth interested in learning a new sport. Approximately 400 boys and girls participated in the first year under the name of "MINIKICKERS". From the beginning, JUSA's goals have been to advance and promote the physical fitness of youth in the community, to develop the sklls and knowledge of the game of soccer, and to promote the game of soccer by providing organized competition.
