Detail: We are FIRE FC, a parent driven organization dedicated to providing year-round soccer opportunities that are fun, positive, safe, and challenging for individuals of all ages, abilities and economic backgrounds. Fire FC is a non-profit organization. As an established soccer club that’s been serving this community since 1977, we support the notion that youth players are not just finished products but can and should continually look to build on their skills. This takes time, practice, patience, and courage to not worry about mistakes – we need to push ourselves to new limits, take chances, and continually learn from both the good and bad. The whistle blows and our kids want to win. But if we manipulate the situation and think winning should take precedence over development, we’re making a huge mistake. We’re short-cutting the development of players.
