Detail: Germantown Soccer Club ("GSC") was founded in 2010 to promote and advance youth soccer development in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Its primary aim is to increase youth participation in the most popular sport in the world through outreach, training and competition. GSC intends to offer soccer players of all ages within the Germantown and surrounding sections of Philadelphia the structure and organizational support to effectively deliver soccer programs, activities, and events. We plan to proactively monitor the program in order to flexibly and creatively meet our members' needs and provide innovative options. We also aim to challenge our players and to instill both soccer and character skills (leadership, sportsmanship, and positive self-esteem) that will last the rest of their lives
