Detail: The Elk City Soccer Club (ECSC) purpose is to promote and develop the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage through youth and adult soccer activities. The ECSC is formed as a nonprofit, educational organization dedicated to the support, education, and propagation of the game of soccer. It is our fundamental idea and purpose, that each child, in uniform and present at the playing field, and a registered player of the teams playing, shall play at least one-half (50%) of the time of play scheduled for that age group; except in case of illness or injury, with the referee notified prior to the game, or because of a child being ejected from play by the referee.
