Detail: The El Cerrito Futbol Club has three core values: PLAYER DEVELOPMENT, PLAYER HEALTH & SAFETY. COMMUNITY. ECFC’s mission is to provide a youth soccer experience differentiated by the organization’s faithfulness to its core values of Player Development, Player Health & Safety, and Community. Most youth sports organizations promote similar values, but claiming them and living them are two different things.
