Detail: The Eclipse Soccer Club consist of the Eclipse Girls Soccer Club and the Phoenix Boys Soccer Club. This organization exists to: Develop, promote and administer the game of soccer among all youth within the Fairbanks North Star Borough; Offer, regardless of race, color, religion, age, sex or national origin; a soccer program to all youth within the Fairbanks North Star Borough; Teach players the fundamentals of soccer so that they can compete at all levels of competitive play.
