Introduction:	Pullin, Fowler, Flanagan, Brown & Poe, PLLC and the YMCA collaborated to create the YMCA Bright Beginnings Development Center in the JamesMark building in Charleston, West Virginia. The day care center offers a unique benefit for working parents in the Charleston area.
