Introduction:	The Child Development Centers maintain low staff-child ratios to assist children in the program in developing well-rounded skills and healthy values. Our teachers hold degrees in early childhood or the equivalent, and continue their professional development through year-round training. Teachers are responsible for implementing our culturally sensitive, age-appropriate and challenging curriculum, with the result that 94 percent of children in the program graduate pre-school ready for kindergarten
