Introduction:

We provide academic rigor and infuse global perspectives in each content area: Reading, Math, Writing, Science, and Social Studies. Concord also offers a Spanish Dual Language Immersion Program as an opportunity for our students to learn and communicate in both English and Spanish. Intermediate students are involved in our Concord News Team and drama club students perform in our Attic Theater drama program All students are involved in hands-on science activities supported through the National Science Foundation. 3rd through 5th grade students participate in the MESA program (Math, Science and Engineering). Student learning is also supported through Explorations in Math, Team Read, a partnership with the University of Washington Teacher Education Program (Husky Buddies), and the Community Learning Center After-school Program.
