Introduction:	Y's Vision to Strengthen Tampa Community At the Y, we believe lasting personal and social change is best accomplished when we all work together and invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. Strengthening the foundations of community is our cause. From healthy cooking classes for families and affordable childcare for parents to youth sports programs and social and fitness activities for Active Boomers, our programs and initiatives develop a healthy spirit, mind and body. And the best part is we open our doors to whoever needs a place to go to help them be more healthy, confident, connected and secure. To help us continue to provide excellence in programming we developed Vision 2020, an Association-wide strategic plan that focuses us on nurturing the potential of every child and teen, improving our community's health and well-being and giving back and providing support to our neighbors.
