Detail: 21st CCLC provides academic enrichment in math and reading using two area specific curricula. 21st CCLC, through the Moultrie YMCA, employs Certified Teachers in every grade level and also has Youth Development Leaders present in each classroom. A need for improvement in Colquitt County has allowed the Georgia Department of Education to expand grant funds for a second 21st CCLC site in Moultrie. This site, located at Friendship Alliance Church, will accommodate 72 students from Cox Elementary.
