Question by Ethan Corrozi (2 months ago): Hello, I am a 22 year old personal trainer working at 3&D personal Training on 202 and currently working towards a CSCS certification. I have an interest in providing more access to weightlifting equipment and weight training for High School aged boys who may not have access to facilities at their schools. I had faced challenges with mental health during my teen years and resistance training had always been a phenomenal way to cope with it. I would love to support your cause and in particular provide education on how exercise can be beneficial for mental health. I would love to know if there is anything this program does in particular to provide access along those lines for teens who's school programs cannot provide gym equipment or access to training facilities. In short I am curious how i and possibly my community could help and what programs you have which work towards similar goals? Thank you for your time.
