Detail: The Earlywine Park YMCA has a large fitness and cardiovascular center, utilizing the STRIVE Smart Strength equipment for weight training and a variety of cardio equipment, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, bicycles and stair climbers. There are also free weights and a youth fitness area with appropriately sized equipment. Cardio-theater is available for people to enjoy music or television while working out. There are two group exercise studios offering a wide variety of group exercise classes, including group cycling.
