Focused Fitness Martial Arts Center brings forth its own unique instruction in Kenpo Karate by incorporating the karate way into your life. Experienced students will become comfortable with close-range fighting situations, hand and foot techniques, with throwing and ground techniques. Kenpo techniques follow natural body movements and flow from natural positions, allowing for quick responses well suited for modern-day fighting situations and real-life self-defense. Karate brings character-building traditional values into the lives of all its students as well as real-life applications in self-defense. Strength combined with endurance and flexibility brings the student total fitness. Our instructors incorporate the latest exercise physiology in our classes to assist your body's muscle development, building greater strength, improved definition, and muscular control. In each class, we bring cardiovascular conditioning to its peak, expanding the capacity of your heart and lungs. The result is a tremendous increase in stamina, giving you the energy you need all day long. Flexibility is one of the most challenging goals for any student. Each class also includes flexibility and limbering exercises to help avoid injuries. Consistency is the "Key Ingredient" to success at Focused Fitness and training will give you many forms of results, if you do it consistently. The problem for most of us is that, we don't remain consistant with any endeavor long enough to realize its potential. Remember, it will take more than just coming to class a couple of times a week to attain your goals.
