Details:	In todayâ€™s sports and fitness, athletes have developed less mental and physical toughness in regards to training. The Southside Knockout Training (SKT) facility mission is to bring back that mental and physical toughness in our students. Students will leave SKT with expert knowledge of health, fitness and video comprehension. SKTâ€™s ultimate goal is to have each of our students reach their full athletic potential. Southside Knockout is a training facility for all ages determined to master the mental and physical aspects of fitness in MMA (mixed martial arts) training, Boxing, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Submission Grappling, Kickboxing, Strength Conditioning and Speed Training. Athletes will have the opportunity for one-on-one instruction by elite training specialists. Our training staff has experience in over 50 years in competitive wrestling, 30 years Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and 30 years Kickboxing.
