Details:	It has been said that â€œWe first make our habits, and then our habits make us.â€ At Geneâ€™s Tae Kwon Do & Fitness, we teach Tae Kwon Do to our students to develop good habits, through the repetition of sound training. This approach takes perseverance and a commitment to yourself and to your goals. It requires that you make a decision to invest in yourself each and every day, both inside and outside of the studio.
