Details:	As we establish the school in the community, we will begin by concentrating our efforts on training the children, teaching them the self-respect and self-discipline so critical to proficiency not only in the martial arts, but also in every other aspect of their lives. Our motto, â€œStriving for Excellence,â€ emphasizes the importance of setting high goals and never giving up our efforts to accomplish them. Our studentsâ€™ health, relationships and lives will all be enhanced by their pursuit of excellence in the martial arts. At Rasha Martial Arts we teach and practice Olympic Style Tae Kwon Do, the only style of Tae Kwon Do permitted to participate in theOlympic Games,and Han Mu Do, a style originated By Dr. Kim which incorporates Judo, Hakido, and Jujitsu into a unique system. Han MuDo is an implementation of joint manipulation and throwing art which is widely Used by police officers and special forces. We focus on Olympic style sparring and classic forms to increase strength, discipline, Focus and endurance in all our students.The styles we teach have real life application for Self defense as well as on the tournament circuit. We believe each student enrolled at our Academy deserves our focus, commitment and attention. Our goal is to help each student, man, woman, or child, reach their full potential.
