Details:	The Academy of Martial Arts is a family black belt center. Our goal is to bring the many benefits of the martial arts lifestyle to people of all age, fitness and ability levels. Our schedule is made up of age and level appropriate classes, developed for ages as young as 2 Â½ up through adults and for special needs children up through advanced training classes. Whether youâ€™re looking for non-contact full fitness, through our fitness and kickboxing program, or want to study the martial arts and self defense techniques in our mixed martial arts program, we will work with you to reach your goals. In addition to those benefits, training here will also help increase your confidence, discipline, and focus all while reducing your stress level. For our youth students, we also strive to improve bully and stranger safety, academic success, leadership and responsibility through our class lessons, seminars and reward systems. We not only want them to be great students here at the academy, but also help them become amazing individuals at home, school and everywhere else outside of the academy walls. Come into the academy of martial arts and see if weâ€™re the right place for you and your family. You will see that weâ€™re not just a martial arts school or another extracurricular activity, but an academy of learning and a home away from home.
