Details:	The Tamarac Recreation Center provides a full-service Martial Arts Academy offering instruction in Okinawan Karate, Small Circle JuJitsu, Modern Arnis and Wing Chun Kuen. All of these programs are taught by Master Timmy Lee. Master Lee has over 40 years of Martial Arts training. Master Lee is a certified 6th degree Master in Ryukyu Kempo under 10th Degree George Dillman of Dillman Karate International(DKI). Master Lee also has studied under 2 other 10th degree Masters. Wally Jay (Small Circle Jujitsu), and Remy Presas, (Modern Arnis). All three of these Grandmasters have been inducted into the Black Belt Hall of Fame! The DKI organization has over 80 schools worldwide with an enrollment of nearly 10,000 students. This curriculum is also being taught at many major universities around the world as well as the United States. Master Lee offers a unique approach to teaching children and teens traditional values such as honesty, integrity and respect through the martial arts while incorporating life-skills and child safety training. Master Lee encourages academic achievement through a unique rewards program that gives recognition to honor roll students while encouraging other students to improve their individual academic performance. All instruction methods are based on positive reinforcement techniques that serve to separate the school from other programs that use negative reinforcement as the primary tool for instruction and motivation.
