Details:	Nihon Goshin Aikido is a complete Japanese system of self-defense consisting of throws, joint locks, nerve pressure points, grappling and strikes. By using the attackerâ€™s weight and momentum, along with mind and body coordination, students of Nihon Goshin Aikido are able to defend themselves against adversaries of all sizes and skill levels. Our students learn more than just self-defense skills. Those who train with us benefit from improved flexibility, stress reduction, health and fitness. Having trained in Aikido for 17 years, Sensei Elliot Schwartz (Ni-Dan), the chief instructor of the New Port Richey dojo, is committed to excellence in the mental and physical development of his students. Come visit our dojo at 5336 Grand Blvd. in New Port Richey to see if our art is right for you. We located on the east side of Grand Blvd south of Main Street and north of Community Hospital.
