Details:	The Sand Drift Aikido Doc Ryu Dojo Martial Arts Center teaches fundamental and advanced Aikido in both traditional and street self defense variations. We have a well rounded martial arts program that includes defenses against armed and unarmed attacks and weapons training. The study and practice of Aikido sharpens hand eye coordination, increases strength, power, and flexibility, while providing its practitioners with a practical means of self defense. Training takes place in an environment of safety and courtesy. The practice promotes discipline, confidence, and physical and mental health and well being.
