Details:	Since I was a young boy I have been honored to have Martial Arts in my life. Its influence has grown to fill me completely. Every step I take allows me to practice the principles of self worth, respect, honor, humility, and joy...the things I believe this world cannot have enough of. I have been honored to learn from the highest quality instructors, and to train with the most inspiring competitors our time has to offer. Disciplines such as Grappling, Jujitsu, Boxing, MMA, and Muay Thai kickboxing have become my life. Now it is my duty to give back. It is my sincere hope that PHAS3 and its way of living can make this profound transformative journey available to everyone. On this path each of us can carry ourselves with confidence and peace.
