Details:	Wais Martial Arts Academy we offer Taekwondo and Self Defense. We help you learn the skills, techniques, and principles which have been proven effective not only in sports competition, but in real life street confrontations. At Wais Martial Arts Academy, training often includes the use of focus mitts, Thai pads, heavy bags, jumpropes,WoodenSwords, wooden Knifes, Sai, and Sticks. We also teach take down, submission, and scuba diving, for advince ranks. Wais Martial Art Academy is a private school that teaches self-defense,Self disapline Korean & Japanese martial art styles. We are member of Asian martial art Federation, and we are in the process to become a member of the Korean Martial Art Federation.
