Regardless of your age, weight or skill level, we at Fitness Factory are here to help, educate and inspire you! Fitness Factory is a safe, fun atmosphere for all. We are a family school and encourage everyone to behave respectively. Even though martial arts is designed for combative purpose, we at Fitness Factory believe it is more than just kicks and punches. Our goal is to help you becoming a well rounded person who is physical fit, mentally sharp, and a leader in our community.
