Details:	W.C.United is a not-for-profit organization for the purpose of developing talented youth soccer players and providing them the venue to play at the highest levels of competitive youth soccer, including the highest divisions of the Illinois Women Soccer League (IWSL) and Northern Illinois Soccer (NISL) leagues, top local and out of state tournaments and state, regional, and national competition. Our Philosophy: WC United promotes a â€œCommitment to Excellenceâ€ philosophy in itâ€™s approach to Training and Coaching players; Talented, dedicated youth players accelerate their development in training sessions devoted to teaching them the skills and tactics necessary to play at the highest levels of youth soccer; Player positions and playing time will be determined by the training/coaching staff; Players are expected to have a high commitment level to their team, including during both the outdoor and indoor seasons; W.C.United seeks to provide its players a positive experience, enhancing their passion for the game of soccer and enhancing life skills through the experiences derived from playing competitive youth sports; Parents are expected to reinforce their players positive wc united experience with active participation in their team and the Club, including meeting the clubs financial requirements; To have fun,To be disciplined,Keep it affordable, to stay together.
