Details:	Located in Central Connecticut SoccerPlus Elite soccer club offers a full array of programs that range from developmental teams, premier CJSA (Connecticut Junior Soccer Association) state teams, and Girls teams playing in the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) which we are a founding member. Our club has won a National Championship and multiple State Championships. GUIDING PRINCIPLE: â€¢ All SoccerPlus Elite representatives whether direct employees or contract coaches are responsible to work closely with all functions within the organization. Our Goal is to offer the best soccer programs in Connecticut at every level we compete. Our priority will be focused on developing highly competent technical and tactical soccer players while teaching them how to use those skills to achieve great success within their teams and personally. â€¢ Our club success is dependent on having great coaches and staff capable of working as a team to achieve our Club goals! â€¢ In support of this effort we do not operate in a hierarchal structure. Instead we work in a collaborative structure where all individuals and functions in the club are responsible to support those who we work with every day. There will be no exception to this mantra as it is the cornerstone to our club. â€¢ Our players and their families are our customers. It is as important to communicate with player parents and guardians as it is with the players. We will always be proactive, truthful, and objective in or communication. â€¢ While it is important that we always fill our team rosters in order to stay financially healthy we will never add a child that we evaluate as unable to be successful in the program of their interest. â€¢ Our playersâ€™ safety and good welfare will always come first in our decision making. â€¢ We expect all club representatives, players, and player families to display great sportsmanship and to act with class and decorum at all SoccerPlus Elite practices, games, and events. Inability to meet our high club standard will be met with separation from the club.
