Details:	Our competitive soccer club is implementing new dynamics into our club. It starts at the top with a name change from Redding Competitive soccer to our new name â€œNorth State Soccerâ€ -Kaos and Missfits. Mission: To provide a program dedicated to develop and sustain a quality, consistent, safe and positive environment to assist youth soccer players in attaining their highest possible level of personal skills, tactics, sportsmanship and overall soccer proficiency through proper teaching and competition. The clubs philosophy is that development of players and how we play the game is a greater priority than winning. Our focus is to place more importance on skillful and creative play that will produce better soccer players. It is the philosophy of RYSL that no child will be denied the ability to play based on financial hardship. The Redding Youth Soccer League maintains two clubs for competitive soccer. The Kaos Club is for boyâ€™s teams and the Missfits Club is for girlâ€™s teams. Both clubs offer teams in the Under 11 through Under 19 age groups in single year groups.
