Details:	The Northwood Soccer Club, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation, established July 14, 2006. The Northwood Soccer Club (NWSC) provides recreational soccer and travel soccer opportunities for the children in the Wakarusa and Nappanee area. The NWSC is a continuation of a long standing community soccer league started by the Early Bird Kiwanis Club of Nappanee, nearly 30 years ago. The Early Bird Kiwanis Club disbanded in 1996 and the NWSC was established to keep soccer a vital part of the community. The NWSC recreational program runs from July through August. We average around 350 kids from Kindergarten through 6th grade. We have a beginners clinic for our K-1st Grade age kids, a U9 division for our 1st-3rd Grade, and a U12 division for our 4th-6th Grade. Coaches and Referees are all volunteers. Practices and Games are currently played at the Callendar Sportsplex in Nappanee. The NWSC travel program consists of six teams U10 Boys, U10 Girls, U12 Boys, U12 Girls, U14 Boys, and U14 Girls. We currently have 60-64 players in our travel program. We play in the Indiana Soccer League (ISL). We play in the fall and spring seasons. Coaches are all volunteers. Practices are currently held at various soccer field locations at schools in the Wa-Nee district. Home games are currently played at Rollpak Fields on the southeast side of Goshen.
